Encode

Encode is a powerful audio- and videoconverter which is based on the Audio/Videoframework ffmpeg. 

 

Encode allows the reencoding of Audio and or Video in different Formats, like h264, webm, mkv, mp3, aac, flac and even more. It comes with an easy user interface to configure bitrate, codecs and more. 
Encode also supports encoding queues if you want to convert a lot of files in different formats. 

 

The commandlinemode offers to copy or edit the generated ffmpeg command which can later be run aswell. 
There is also an integration into the dolphin filemanager which allows right clicking a file and choosing convert to open it in Encode.
